Amish Baked Oatmeal Recipe

amish baked oatmeal recipe

This Amish baked oatmeal recipe has been a staple since I started eating healthier and losing weight. It is super good; it tastes like an oatmeal cookie…  one that is warm and a little gooey still. Back in the day, my mom would make this sometimes for me when I got back in from feeding the cows in the morning. It definitely wasn’t my favorite back then, so I would always dump a bunch of syrup or sugar on it.

For some reason my tastes have changed and I love this stuff just straight.
