Why a blog about oatmeal??
Hey there oatmeal lovers…
I created this site because I love oatmeal. Its healthy, its great by itself, and it goes well in TONS of recipes.
Even though the title of the site is oatmeal cookies… this site is for any recipes that have oatmeal in them.
I got on this oatmeal kick because a about year ago I was frustrated with how my body looked and I was buying and trying fitness programs like it was going out of style.
The main one I ended up sticking with and getting results from was Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs Program… I’m sure you’ve seen it online before, it’s super popular. He preaches a lot about the importance of nutrient dense foods, and oatmeal happens to be one of the best ones…
Anyways, his program is about a lifestyle change and not some type of fad diet, so since then I’ve changed things around with how I eat and exercise… and oatmeal has become on of my favorite foods.
